Delivery

• Malta: €3.00 · 1 to 3 working days
• Gozo: €5.00 · 2 to 4 working days

Delivery is free on orders of €35.00 or more.

Payment

• Cash on delivery
• Revolut
• Bank transfer

You pay when the order arrives, unless we agree otherwise in the chat.

How ordering works

• Choose how many boxes and where you want them delivered.
• Send the order on WhatsApp or Messenger. The message is written for you.
• We confirm stock, the delivery day and the total before anything is charged.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day the order arrives to change your mind, and you do not have to give a reason. Tell us with the form below, or in any clear message.

The tablets are sealed one by one for hygiene, so an opened wrapper cannot be taken back. An unopened box is refunded in full. A box you have started is refunded for the wrappers that are still sealed.

Send the box back, or hand it over on a delivery, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to pay. We refund within 14 days of the box reaching us, or of you showing us you have sent it, by the same method you paid with and including the standard delivery you paid.

If something is wrong with the product

You have a two-year legal guarantee. Tell us within two months of noticing a fault and we will put it right.
