How the contract is made

You choose what you want on this website and send the order to us on WhatsApp or Messenger. Nothing is charged at that point. We reply with the items, the delivery cost and the total including VAT, and we ask you to confirm that you are placing an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is made when you confirm. We then send you a confirmation you can keep.

Prices

Prices on this website include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you send the order. Where a launch price or a reduction is shown, the end date and the normal price after it are shown with it.

Delivery

We deliver across Malta and Gozo. Delivery costs and times are on the delivery page. We deliver within 30 days of the contract unless we agree a different date with you. Risk passes to you when you or someone you nominate takes physical possession of the goods.

Payment

You pay on delivery unless we agree another method with you in the chat. The methods we accept are listed on the delivery page.

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Use the form on the delivery page, or tell us in any clear statement. We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being told, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you supply evidence that you have sent them. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

The right to withdraw does not apply to any tablet whose sealed wrapper has been opened after delivery, because the product is sealed for reasons of hygiene and is not suitable for return once unsealed. An unused box with all its wrappers intact may be returned in full. Where only some wrappers have been opened, the refund covers the wrappers that are still sealed.

Legal guarantee

We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within two years. Tell us within two months of noticing it. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your other legal rights.

Using the product safely

The product is a washing machine cleaner. Read the label before use and follow your machine manufacturer's instructions. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. The pack carries the ingredient and safety information; ask us and we will send you the safety data sheet.

Complaints and disputes

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority. Maltese law applies to this contract.
