This website sets no cookies

We do not use cookies, local storage or any advertising or analytics service that tracks you. That is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

How we count visits

We keep a simple daily tally of page views and of taps on the order and question buttons, so we know which pages are useful. Each tally records only the event, the language, the product and which button was used. We do not record your IP address, your device or anything that identifies you, and nothing is stored on your device. The totals are kept for two years.

When you order

You fill in your name and delivery address on this website, and the order is then sent through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Nothing you type is sent anywhere while you are typing it. When you press the send button we record the order, so that we can prepare it, plan the delivery and answer questions about it later. What we record is your name, the delivery address you gave, what you ordered and what it costs. We do not ask for a phone number on this website; the one we have is the one your chat comes from. The legal basis is the contract with you.

Meta Platforms operates WhatsApp and Messenger and processes your messages under its own terms; we are responsible for what we do with the information once we have it.

If you share your location

The order form has a button that adds your current location to the order. It is optional and nothing is recorded unless you press it and your device then allows it. Pressing it stores a map point with the order so the person delivering can find the door, which helps on streets with no numbers. It does not track you, it is read once at that moment, and nobody but us sees it. If you change your mind before sending, you can remove it on the same form; afterwards, ask us and we will delete it.

Who else sees it

• Meta, for WhatsApp and Messenger.
• The courier who delivers your order.
• Vercel, which hosts this website, and Neon, which stores the product information and the orders.
• Upstash, which stores the anonymous visit tallies.

Some of these may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards their own terms provide.

How long we keep it

Sales records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. An order that was started on the website but never completed in the chat is not a sale, and we delete those within three months. Withdrawal requests are kept for two years. Chat messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Use any of the contact details in the footer. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
